4. Product Liability: Vendors are solely responsible for their products and any liabilities arising from them. We do not assume any responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of the products offered by vendors.

5. Intellectual Property: Vendors warrant that they have the necessary rights to sell the products offered on our platform and agree not to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Indemnification: Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless our company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to their products or conduct.

7. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the agreement with any vendor at our discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that they have violated any of these terms and conditions.

8. Modification: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the vendor's responsibility to review them periodically for any changes.

3. Orders and Fulfillment: Vendors are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and accurately. Any delays or discrepancies in order fulfillment may result in penalties or termination of the agreement.

4. Payment: Vendors will receive payment for their products based on the agreed-upon terms. We reserve the right to withhold payment or charge fees for any transactions that do not comply with our policies.

5. Communication: Vendors agree to maintain open and timely communication with our team regarding any issues or concerns related to their products or orders.

6. Customer Service: Vendors are responsible for providing excellent customer service to buyers, including addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and handling returns or refunds.

7. Feedback and Reviews: Vendors acknowledge that buyers may leave feedback and reviews on their products and agree not to manipulate or falsify these reviews in any way.

8. Confidentiality: Vendors agree to keep any proprietary or confidential information shared by our company confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
